We offer a flat fee structure with no surprises. The fee is agreed upon before the commencement of services and is not subject to change unless otherwise specified in writing. Payment terms are outlined in our service agreement.

4. Perfect-Fit Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our services with a 1-year Perfect-Fit Guarantee. If a candidate placed by Carr Talent Acquisition is not the right fit for the position within the first year of employment, we will work with the client to find a suitable replacement at no additional cost.

5. User Conduct

Users of Carr Talent Acquisition’s platform agree to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Any misuse or abuse of our services, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, harassment, or violation of intellectual property rights, will result in immediate termination of access.
